Anytime you are looking to buy or sell real estate and you see a Realtor take a minute to say hello. Most will offer you advice, hand you a card and ask to help you in your real estate needs. You may decide right on the spot that Realtor is the Realtor for you!

Recently at a bluegrass music festival a gentlemen noticed my RE/MAX sign on my truck and we chatted for about ten minutes on bluegrass and then onto real estate and the past thirty minutes I've been locating him properties to consider. He liked the fact that I was bluegrass music fan and since he was needing a Realtor, ta da. Who knows where you'll find your Realtor and when in doubt, call or email me and I'll put you in contact with one.

A Realtor will point out things that many home buyers over look. A Realtor can advertise a home more effecient than many others and a Realtor will have a list of contacts whom may want to buy your home, or sell you thier home!

1. They generate traffic to see the home and hopefully will produce an offer.
2. The traffic may lead to additional clients, both buyers and sellers.
3. The visitors provide important feedback to the home seller.

It's a great time to buy a home, especially your first home with the First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit. Prices are falling, but starting to stabilize and there are many bargins to be had. Be sure to use a Realtor in your search they can provide you with their professional knowledge and experience.
